Contestants must be 18 years of age or older and be in good general health to have the procedure performed. There can be no history of allergy to any of the products used or their components. There can be no history of complications to wound healing or scarring. A consultation will be performed prior to the augmentation to determine that the winner is a candidate for the procedure. Our medical director will review the reccomendations of the consultant and choose the proper product to be used in the procedure. Photographs will be taken before and after that will be the sole possesion of Advanced Laser and may be used in marketing and/or promotions in any manner at their discretion. The winner of the contest will be the first contestant to correctly identify the identity of lips. The winners will be notified at the end of each contest period. The decision of Advanced LAser as to the winner is final and non-disputable. The prizes offered are non transferable and carry no cash value. Prizes cannot be substituted or exchanged. All prizes must be claimed and procedures performed within 30 days of the winners notification. All contestants must complete full office paperwork including patient information forms, medical history and consent forms prior to any procedures. Employees of Advanced Laser (past and present) and their families are not eligible to participate in this contest. All contest winners and runner-ups agree to allow their name and image used/published for marketing purposes at the discretion of Advanced Laser.
